Shipping Costs
We provide free shipping within the United Kingdom on orders over £500. For international orders and domestic orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During this period, no updates will be provided. Please wait until the full processing time has passed before contacting us. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Order changes or cancellations are not permitted once submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 2 to 20 days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. This timeframe begins after your order has been processed and shipped. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or incomplete shipping information.
Returns – Store Credit Only
We accept returns for store credit only, under the following conditions: You must request and return the item within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original, unused, and resellable condition. No combing, washing, brushing, cutting, wearing, coloring, or altering is allowed. Original ties, tags, and packaging must remain intact. Returns must be shipped with tracking information.
Store Credit (Digital Voucher)
Approved returns receive store credit via a digital voucher: Valid for 12 months from issue date. Must be used in a single transaction. Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers cover all return and reshipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
Exchanges (Colour, Pattern, or Texture)
For exchanges, customers pay for both return shipping and shipping of the replacement item. Exchanges are processed only after receipt of the returned item and full shipping payment. Returns must include tracking information.
